In the life’s rush one can forget oneself, put yourself first every time then every thing falls into place.
Take care of ourselves and love ourselves because life is precious, we only live ones.
Sometimes life hands you some pretty bad things to get through; and I have had my share; but I believe if you don’t pull yourself up and face things head on, you will be miserable the rest of your life.
